How do we get started?

Once you contact the studio we prefer to set up a time to chat and talk about your vision, what to expect for your session and answer any questions you may have. We will start the planning process for your session. To formally book the session, I will send over an agreement for you to review and sign and a retainer of 50% of the session fee is due at booking. The remainder of the session fee is due by the session date. 

How do I order?

After your session takes place, we will meet approximately two-three weeks after your session for your reveal and ordering appointment. This will take place at the DRP studio in Lakewood. At this time you will view the images from your session available to choose from and see and feel samples of the products offered. We will help guide you with selecting images and products and custom design any products you purchase at this appointment. If you would like to see what your images look like on YOUR wall, we can even do that too! Payment will be due for all products purchased at the appointment. Payment arrangements are available, please contact the studio. 

When will my order be ready?

Quality takes time, so some items may need up to 4 weeks for completion. However most are ready for pickup in 1-2 weeks. 

Can I bring children or family to the ordering appointment? 

Of course. Children are welcome. BUT if you would like a chance to relax and concentrate on the beautiful images and products you may want to arrange for childcare or schedule the appointment during a time where they are in school, have family available to watch them, etc. Children tend to get bored easily during this appointment since it's not as much fun for them as it is for the adults! 

If any family will be making purchases or making purchasing decisions, please feel free to bring them.
